(2). Наречный оборот at all употребляется в вопросительных предложениях: Do you speak this language at all? В таких предложениях ему соответствует русское вообще: Вы вообще-то говорите на этом языке (хоть сколько-нибудь)? В утвердительных предложениях может употребляться оборот if at all, выражающий сомнение:He will come soon if he comes at all — Он придет скоро, если вообще придет.
It occurs very rarely if at all — Это случается крайне редко/Это почти никогда не случается.
(3). Сочетание not at all употребляется в качестве вежливого ответа на выражение благодарности и соответствует русскому пожалуйста, не стоит:— Thank you for your assistance.
